Guided by a thorough exploration of regional architecture and materials, the design captures and embodies the cultural and environmental context. The program includes food restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops with a focus on creating public avenues through series of semi-open spaces that converge at a central courtyard. This arrangement is designed to encourage social interaction and seamlessly integrate the landscape with the built environment. Additionally, the design allows for adaptable use, accommodating events such as flea markets and art exhibitions, ensuring the space remains an engaging community hub.
